Olivia was a bit shocked at Remy's blunt statement towards her home state. And knowing the surprise was probably on her face, she glanced out the window as if something had caught her attention. It was weird though, although she was surprised that he could be so honest, she was... glad for it. His honesty was fresh and made her feel like she would never have to worry about him lying or keeping things from her. He seemed like someone she could trust. "Really? I would have thought someone like you would enjoy a place like Colorado." turning back around she shot him an amused grin, "You know... cuddling with an unsuspecting girl, teaching her how to ski before coming back home..." Liv trailed off, surprised at her own honesty towards her opinion of him. It wasn't that she meant to judge him on his looks, or anything else, but the blonde hair, blue eyes, and confident attitude just made her think of a player. She thought of apologizing but instead moved on to answer his next question. "Yes.. you go there too? What a coincidence." she murmured, watching him thoughtfully. "I'm only a freshman, but I'm surprised I haven't seen you around before." she watched the odd expressions flit across his face, wondering why and if it was her fault. She meant to ask but once again the subject skillfully changed as he pulled the notebook from her fingertips. "By Thursday... does that mean I got the job?" An excited glimmer appeared in the petite blondes eyes. She had expected maybe a simple "we'll let you know" only to never be called back or something along those lines. Sadly that had been the result of most of her previous interviews. Yet this one was obviously different. It'd gone by pretty fast with more friendly type questions rather than interview ones. She tried to contain her excitement but thought she was doing a bad job when she noticed Remy's blue eyes studying her. Her green eyes sent him a questioning look in return until he finally began to explain. And he was right, the slight pause did build up her anticipation. What was he wondering?? "A party?" Liv seemed to have this thing where she always replied with a question first before finally answering. A small, though shy, smile appeared on her face, "Sure! I would love to." and there was his answer. And he was right, the slight pause did build up her anticipation. What was he wondering?? "A party?" To say that Remington was not surprised when Olivia agreed to go to a party with him would be a lie. He felt a little bad, since he did not tell her the complete truth about the party they would be attending. He said it would be a small gathering - and it probably would, for about an hour or two. Once word got out about the Berry Suite hotel party uptown, many more would show up. He said there probably wouldn't be much drinking, that was a really big lie. Almost everybody inside would be drinking, whether it be beer or something stronger would be of there choice. Remy knew for sure he would be drinking, and maybe he would dabble in some of the of his favorite old partying drug - ecstasy. He wanted to make a good impression, so he thought about just leaving the drugs alone for the night and sticking the to the drinking .... but what's a party without a little drugs. After they had finished up the interview, Remy went home to his little apartment to freshen up. He showered for almost an hour, letting the hot water extinguish some of the drowsiness from his body. After his shower, he dressed in a casual outfit, tan khaki's with a navy blue band t-shirt and some old vans. There would be no point of his dressing up if there was a possibly of him throwing up on himself by midnight. He ate some leftover pizza out his fridge, watched some tv, clean up a little - but once 9:00 hit he left to go pick up Olivia. He didn't want to walk, since her apartment was kind of far from his, so he took the only thing of value his father left him. An all black Mustang. It was a beauty, that car. A present from his 16th birthday. He made sure to keep it up, since it was his baby. The only girl he was able to commit to. After picking up Olivia, he immediately headed over to the place where the party was being held. It was being hosted by one of his old flings, Eliza. They went to the same high school, even dated a little. But as usual, it wasn't like Remy to be in a relationship. So he cut things off before they got too serious. She wasn't to heartbroken about it, moving on to the next big thing - a football player. Remy was more of a soccer, basketball type of guy. He liked watching football though. They still remained friends. Heading uptown there was not too much traffic, so they arrived at the party around 10:30, which was a pretty good time. Not too early, but not late enough where all the good alcohol was gone. After parking his car, they headed up to the 15th floor. For someone who lived in a penthouse, Remy was quite scared of heights. Well not scared, but he could get really nervous, his anxiety peaking. Entering the party was a little weird. Everyone pretty much knew Remy, but the new face on his arm caused a few eyebrows to raise. He introduced her to almost everyone he knew. Making sure to highlight that she was an out of city girl, because then people would pay more attention to her. Maybe one of them could good lucky tonight. After about 5 minutes of being there, Eliza came to greet Remy.
"Well hello there stranger." Her voice was soft coming from her soft red lips. She was taller, about 5'6' with a short red dress on that matched the hue of her lips. Eliza's long blonde hair was straight, pushed away from her heart-shaped face. "It's been a while. Where have you been old chap?" She smiled, moving forward to hug Remy, who hugged her back politely. He cleared his throat, looking over at Lia. "Eliza, meet my new friend, Olivia. She's from Colorado." He let the young blonde go, and her sharp green gaze traveled over to Olivia. She smiled bigger. "Nice to meet you. Name's Eliza." She hugged the girl, the liquor she already ingested making her even more friendlier than usual. "Let's get you guys some drinks?" She asked. Remy snatched the red cup out of her hand, chugging it before she had time to protest. "Yeah, let's get drinks." Remy told Olivia, moving his hand to the small of her back and nudging her forward, behind Eliza's retreating figure. His gaze flickered around, seemingly searching for someone among the many of faces. "Do you even drink?" He asked suddenly, turning his attention back to Lia. He felt dumb, he hadn't even bothered to ask before pushing her towards the table where all the different variety's of drinks rested.

Olivia didn’t even think about it twice when Remy explained how the party would most likely be to her. She didn’t completely believe the part about there not being much drinking, but when he said it would be a “small gathering” she instantly let her doubts slip away. She was naturally gullible like that, more trusting of people then anything else. Because of this she probably wouldn’t even get mad at him when she found out Remy had been… telling half truths. Poor gentle Olivia. She wasn’t completely innocent though, she’d drank alcohol before(never enough to get fully drunk), and even fragile little Olive had gotten to whatever base came right before having sex. Of course she hadn’t had the courage to go through with it completely then, but was glad for that now anyways. Drugs weren’t her thing and if she were being completely honest with herself parties weren’t usually in her comfort zone either. But she wanted to go to this one. The second Remy had invited her she’d instantly begun to think of what she would wear. She wanted to impress him, and the perfect outfit had come to mind. Recently she’d purchased a tight, slightly revealing, dress. Something she thought she might not ever end up wearing, but what she now knew was perfect for this occasion. After getting home she began the long process it took practically every girl to get ready. She decided to take the time to curl her nearly white blonde hair into large ringlets before applying some light, mostly natural makeup. Her usual hazel eyes appeared more green then ever with the darker eyeliner and mascara around her eyes, and her plush lips were a soft rose color. She managed to be ready just in time. When Remy pulled up she was able to rush out the door and climb into his nice mustang. The ride there was mostly quiet, with the occasional small chat that occurred between near strangers that seemed to be attracted to one another anyways. She constantly glanced out the window, curious to see where they were going. And when they finally got there her feelings were a mix between excitement and nerves, her cheeks slightly flushed. Without thinking much about it she curled her small fingers around Remy’s bicep, sticking close to his side even as they went up the elevator. Almost as if sensing his nerves as well, she gave his arm a light squeeze, though he could interpret that to be her feeling his muscles if he wanted. As the elevator gave it’s little ‘ding’ signaling their arrival to the 15th floor, Liv let herself be paraded around. Although shy, she didn’t seem to mind the attention too much when with Remy, smiling and introducing herself when appropriate. Yet even though a few other guys caught her eyes, and she certainly caught theirs, she couldn’t help but just… want Remy over them. After finishing conversing with just another friend of Remy’s, Olivia turned around to spot him talking with a girl in a red dress. She studied the other girl for a second as her and Remy talked. Had they gone out? She felt the stings of rising jealousy, but kept the emotion from her face. She didn’t want to be thought of as possessive, especially since her and Remy were technically not even friends yet. Blonde must be his type she thought. It was funny though because besides the blonde hair the two girls seemed to be rather opposites of each other. While Eliza was bold and daring in her tight red dress, Liv looked more innocent and gentle in her white lace dress… at least from the front. Liv’s dress was almost taunting in that it was short and tight, but rather modest and careful in the front, but the back left her back bare, dipping low. She shot Eliza a small, shy grin as they were introduced to one another. She was a bit surprised by the hug at first, but was nice enough to give one in return to the taller girl, ”It’s nice to meet you too. Is this your party? It seems great.” she complimented before nodding in response to the question about drinks. She allowed herself to be nudged forward by Remy, a shiver going down her spine at the feel of his warm hand on the bare skin of her lower back. She followed in Eliza’s footsteps before slowing down a bit so she could hold onto Remy’s arm again. She hoped he didn’t mind, but it made her feel better while being in such a new and strange place. And allowed for her to hear him better ”Hmm, sometimes.” she replied, the corners of her lips lifting into what could be thought of as a mischievous smile.
