David Mabley ; ; Glasses perched on his nose. David squinting as he turned the corner to Drew’s house, tuning out the endless nagging of his cousin. Well, she was his cousin by adoption; his aunt and uncle adopted because they couldn’t have any children of their own. Trisha, was her name.
Early in life they were good friends, and the thought of dating someone she called family was disgusting.
Now, she seemed to realize David had no relation to her, and was easily able to be flirted with. David, though always uncomfortable with her movements on himself at first, now ignored her neediness and merely and bluntly said “no” to anything and everything she asked for from him. Because, like the Drew he first met, Trisha was a partier and girl who thought she knew everything about men, from body to mind.
David just tuned her out most times, and now was one of those times. He had been forced to take her with them, as Drew and he went to dinner and a movie. Of course, the concept of dating was lost on everyone in his family, and ‘being alone’, so his plea were left on empty ears and a threaten to be grounded if he didn’t take Trisha.
He didn’t even know what she was talking about, Trisha moving from one subject to the next and David focusing on finding the driveway to the Skyes household and pulling in. "Back." He commanded, ignoring her protests and getting out of the car and walking to Drew's door to knock on it.

Drew Skyes: As Drew was just finishing up getting ready, she heard the knock on the door and shouted, "I got it!" to her parents so they wouldn't bother answering the door. She swiftly grabbed her purse, phone, and jacket before gallantly swooping down the stairs and almost galloping to the door. There was a large smile as she opened it...and then it disappeared when she saw a chick with him. A very pretty chick. "Oh, um. Who's this?" she asked, voice cracking slightly which she would scold herself later for. Of course she was jealous, Drew always was jealous. She knew she was the baddest bitch around, and usually never had a problem with competition over guys because she always won. But ever since her break down, well, she'd became sort of attached to David. And so seeing him with another girl didn't really butter her bread well.

David Mabley ; ; Blushing furiously, David hadn’t realized Trisha had followed him to the door. Glancing at the fair brown haired girl with blue eyes, she smiled at David; making the boy flush again. “Drew, this is my cousin Trisha. Trisha, my girlfriend Drew.” He stated pointedly, glaring slightly at the ditzy smile Trisha was giving him.
“I’m technically not related to him, I was adopted.” Trisha frowned lightly at Drew, and anyone could see the jealous look in Trisha’s eyes. She immediately didn’t like Drew, for obvious reasons.

Drew Skyes: Drew's distain on her face was prominent, but soon a large fake smile was plastered on, full bitch moving in. Her head lolled as she stepped out of the house, carrying the door behind her and grabbed David's face, pulling his lips into his for a kiss. Then she smiled at him and pulled away, moving to walk towards her car. "Ready to go?" She offered them both, giving Trisha a bright smile.

David Mabley ; ; Ever embarrassed to be kissed in front of Drew’s house, David blushed as he followed his girlfriend to the designated car. Trisha, he noticed, was not far behind with a glare in her blue eyes; flashing them dangerously in Drew’s direction ever so often.
“David, will you sit in the back with me?” She whined, lolling her head and looking at him pleadingly; David rolling his brown eyes.
“No, I kind of want to sit with my girlfriend.” The dirty blond replied sarcastically, not even bothering to look back at his cousin. She was family, and flirting with him, though they had no relation David much preferred to be on family boundaries with Trisha.

Drew Skyes: Giving herself a slight smirk, Drew slipped into the drivers seat of her car and slammed the door. "You know, Trisha. I could always have one of my guy friends come hang out with you if you were feeling a bit..." Drew's eyes flashed in the review mirror. "...lonely."
Man she was a bitch. Drew turned to face David. "I mean, don't want to third wheel her or anything. Maybe I'll have Trent come by? It could be like, a double date or something," her smile was wide as she glanced back at Trisha.

David Mabley ; ; Trisha glared at Drew, muttering what sounded like “bitch” under her breath. David looking over at her as the girl began to speak, “no thanks. I prefer my men to know more about me and be more like family and best friends.” Her snide reply, turning to look out the window.
David snickered slightly, knowing Drew understood his situation and knew he was on her side. Honestly, he wasn’t about to drop his girlfriend for his cousin, that was just utterly weird. Smiling over at Drew, “let’s just go.” He said, knowing that in the end they might just end up ignoring Trisha the rest of the night.

Drew Skyes: Showing her distaste again at the fact that this chick liked someone in her family (but how could she not? David was smokin'), Drew just rolled her eyes briefly and started the car, put it into reverse, and backed out of her driveway to drive to the restaurant. A few blocks down her hand slid over the center console to grab onto David's while the other was on the wheel. Her thumb pad ran over the top of his fingers softly, her green eyes darting to look at him briefly with a small smile before going back to the road. If she didn't think about the annoying cousin all over her boyfriend too much that was just sitting in the back like she wasn't there, it was easy for Drew to forget about her and focus on driving and connecting with the guy she loved.
That damn L word.

David Mabley ; ; Smiling, David was always a rather quiet person in the car, his head turning to look at the outside.
Trisha was in the middle, her foot colliding with the back of Drew’s seat in that annoying way. Bumping it slightly, her arms crossed, and a glare on her features which would soften whenever David glanced back at her.

Drew Skyes: It only took a bit of time before they made it to the restaurant, by Drew's memory because she knew where everything was. She parked the car and turned off the engine, grabbing her things from the back seat next to Trisha with a small fake smile. "Mmm, smells good," she said, the aroma of food seeping in through her popped open door as she slid out and onto the parking lot beneath her boots. Keys, purse, and jacket in hand she moved around the front of the car and opened the door for David to get out, teasingly, with a small laugh.
