Sabrina was filled with this feeling as if she was being torn apart at the seams and sown right back together all at once. Despite how fervent they were with each other, Sabrina never felt unsafe, never pushed too far, quite the opposite, still in the heat of the moment he wasn't harsh with her ever unintentionally. It didn't feel rough or aggressive when they overwhelmed each other, just natural, right albeit slightly animalistic. But she could sense it in him as well as herself, that feeling of just being alive, feeling something after they had both buried all they could a mile under the ground and piled on a mountain of stone, trying to shove it down so help they could simply refuse to feel it. Her body knew it now, it had found something just as essential as food or water or shelter is it was desperate to hold onto it. This intensity was clear as Sabrina returned, matching his every touch and movement, a fire on her lips as she kissed him again and again. Suddenly he pulled away and Sabrina could finally hear how ragged their breaths came, her heart thudded against the wall of her chest like a furious little drummer. Without his mouth against hers Sabrina found a new magnet, staring right back at him an electricity palpable in her stormy gaze. For one blessed moment her mind was empty, no yelling no terrified thoughts, no manic worrying. It was as if her mind was in shock, still trying to recover from the tempest. But then naturally, everything one second later slammed into her like a ton of bricks. It was all a blur, fuzzy around the edges like the ending of a hallucination. Bryan came to mind for a flash but the voices followed that single stressed thought in a flash you made that all up. Because selfish horrible people do that. You want him, you think you deserve him? You almost killed his best friend. You're a cheater and liar for a living. A crazy cheating liar who just makes it all up. Sabrina swallowed hard trying to push it away shrug it off, but the euphoria of moments earlier was poisoned, she felt skittish now, unnerved. As much as she hated them sometimes....they were right. They knew her better than she knew herself these days.
lila made a pained expression seeing him wince. Maybe smiling wasnt a good idea, not if it hurt him by making him feel he had to do the same. In her mind she apologized silently, she couldn't keep track of how many times a day she did that at work. It was the problem with feeling too much, Lila always found herself shouldering extra blame, doing it to herself. " no, no probably not." She agreed quietly, chuckling softly, not at him, more at the situation. Miss mason had found at this point in her job that if you didn't let yourself smile or laugh your ended up sad pretty easily. And she wasn't about to let that happen to her, not if she could do anything about it. Frowning at his next answer lila nodded, a few stray brunette curls falling across his cheek for a moment as she moved her head. " I'm sure, sorry about that I'm trying to figure out how to fix that" she murmured, sighing more to herself than to him. Some of the things she said would've sounded artificial or bothersome from another person but there was something about Lila that made it seem true, for her it always was. She opened her mouth. to try answering his next question even though she didn't have all of the story. Unable to help it when Reece interrupted her, Lila shot him a look. Even if he meant well, the quiet girl still didn't like being stepped on, accident or not. She had learned the hard way what allowing that could do to you. When Brenden spoke again he sounded as much like hell as he looked, biting her lip lila listened attentively trying to push back any unnecessary feeling she might have. " I would definitely think so, you have multiple fractures and breaks. They'll heal. I promise that. I can't fix everything on my own but I'll try what I can to make the discomfort as minimal as possible. Just lay back and try to stay calm. I'm sure it hurts to breath right? I may be able to do a little something about that." She explain turning back to the machines.
