Okay, so one of them was when these people are forced to marry or whatever, it could be for several reasons. But they don't like each other. (Or only one doesn't like the other), so one of them starts to mingle around, perhaps dating someone, and the other one vet's jealous, so she/he tries to win their husband/wife/fiancee back x3 that's the 'skeleton' of it.

Sooooo there is this war.
The female is this nurse, and after the war she goes and tends to the wounded and comforts the dying.
She finds this guy from the enemy side, really wounded.
She takes pity on him, and even if it puts her in danger she still saves him.
They kind of form a relationship, and when he has to leave he's kind of torn.
But I guess he is a 'commander' of some sorts, he finds the woman spying on his land.
His people are there and he has to make a tough choice on what to do with her.
