Anna's toes tapped with a metallic ring as she gently massaged her ear lobe in thought. Her eyes focused on her phone, which sat just by her dance bag. Her toes continued to tap on the tile floor, still making that metallic sound, as she hadn't bothered to remove her tap shoes.
On a sudden impulse, she reached for her phone, and scrolled through her contacts, until she found the one she wanted.
Dante <3 was the name of the contact. She grimaced slightly; she would need to remove that heart sometime soon.
She clicked on his mobile number and put it on speaker as soon as it started ringing. Her toes continued their little dance. After it started ringing she regretted calling him. But Anna wasn't the type of person to cut off something in the middle. She would finish this. So, instead, she hoped he wouldn't answer. Heck, she crossed her fingers.
