 before I forget, dragon riders in training have a special mark that says "hey look at me I am a Dragonian" rich people can pay to get their kids into Dragonia, but meh, those with the mark are special. |

The harsh, guttural tongue of the dragons from Bethesda's Skyrim rolled off of Caiden's tongue in a lyrical manner as he sung to himself softly; as Skyrim was one of his favorite games, he made it a point to learn the lyrics to two of the songs - Sovngarde and Dragonborn. The irony of the language did not slip passed the Dragonian, as he was destined to claim and ride a dragon of his own. He was training to be one, at the moment, taking classes such as Latin and Enchanting so he'd be able to survive in Paegeia. At the moment, he was heading to the dining hall. He passed Chef's board, where the old dragon cook posted a riddle each day. Today, it read:
"Brothers and sisters I have none but this man's father is my father's son.
Who is the man?"
If you managed to solve Chef's riddle, he'd let you pick the next day's menu. As one of the more snooty Dragonians-in-training was particularly good at riddles, she'd been choosing the menu for the past week, and Cai was about sick of salads and pasta. He studied the board for a long moment.

The soft thump thump of Ember's boots set the beat for her song,"Oh, misty eye of the mountain below, keep careful watch of my brothers' souls, and should the sky be filled with fire and smoke, keep watching over Durin's sons. If this is to end in fire then we should all burn together, watch the flames climb high into the night, Calling out father oh stand by and we will watch the flames burn auburn on the mountain side and if we should die tonight, then we should all die together. Raise a glass of wine for the last time."Ember loved to sing and dance. It calmed something inside her and kept her sane so it was really no surprise that she was singing. She stopped singing when she noticed the new riddle,"Hmm. Interesting."she said as a sort of greeting to the boy.

Cai tiltd his head in greeting to the dragon-rider who stood beside him. "Hm, indeed," he agreed. He narrowed his eyes for a moment, before he made a sort of 'aha'! sound. "Got it!" he cheered happily, twisting around to head in the Chef's direction. This was the first riddle he'd managed to solve, and he was excited. Oooh, bacon and eggs for breakfast, hamburgers for lunch, and pizza for dinner sounded awesome. Greasy foods - yummy! That would be perfect.
